Memorial Gymnasium,
dedicated in February 1952, contains offices and classrooms for
physical education, the Human Performance Lab, and space and facilities
for a athletic activities including intramural and intercollegiate
sports. The floor has been replaced and in 2003 the locker rooms
were updated. Through the years the space has been used for campus
and community dances and dinners and as the venue for major speeches
by visiting dignitaries.
