The Presidential Center
was completed in 1969 and renovated in 1995. The building
houses 128 students. It is a three-story, three-section, suite-style
residence hall. All suites are single-sex, and each consists of four bedrooms, a bath, and a common room. All rooms
have individually controlled air conditioning, one telephone, one television connection, and access for two computers.
The residence hall has its own laundry.
