Financial Aid for International Students
Although international students are not eligible for educational funding from the United States government i.e. grants, loans, etc., they may qualify for any number of Davis & Elkins College institutional scholarships. The information provided during the application process will allow the committee on admissions and financial planning to determine your scholarship eligibility.
Available D&E Scholarships
The following scholarships are available to International Students attending Davis & Elkins College:
International Student Academic Scholarship This is a partial scholarship awarded to students based on their academic information. A committee reviews all academic credentials of the international students and scholarship awards are made based on a academic achievements.
Athletic Scholarship This is a partial scholarship awarded by each coach and is based on performance. Requests and discussion of the scholarship award should be directed to the coach.
Fine Arts Scholarship This is a partial scholarship awarded by each department and is based on performance. Requests and discussion of the scholarship award should be directed to the department head.
Honors Program Scholarship Students are eligible to apply for the honors program scholarship provided they meet the academic requirements as outlined in the Catalog.
Note: We recommend you take the SAT I or ACT exam although it is not required.
