Our 100th Anniversary!

Davis & Elkins has touched countless lives since its founding in 1904. As we celebrate our 100th anniversary, we strive to meet two goals: to honor our rich history and traditions and the legacy of those whose vision and persistence shaped Davis & Elkins College during its first 100 years; and to set the tenor of our second century of service to students, to the community, and to the world that our graduates will help shape.

This portion of the Davis & Elkins College website is designed to help you celebrate the Centennial. We have included a calendar of 100 events planned from now through June 2005, when the official celebration will end. We also have links to a brief history and, perhaps best of all, to a 100-year archive of college photographs as well as new photos from our ongoing celebratory events. The College has published a pictorial history and special alumni directory is included. Ordering information for those items will be posted as its available.
