The Highlands Scholar Program
Private Education for the Public School Price
The D&E Highlands Scholarship offers a significant tuition discount to freshmen students attending Davis & Elkins College from the 7 counties surrounding our campus. For the 2010-2011 academic year, the scholarship amount is $14,000 for students choosing to live on-campus or $11,000 for commuting students. That's a total scholarship of $56,000 (on-campus) or $44,000 (commuting) for 4 years of attendance at D&E! The Highlands Scholar program offers tuition to Davis & Elkins College for the same price as tuition and fees at West Virginia University.
