- 9:00 PM - CAB Presents An Evening with Idle Ride (The Icehouse)
Since 1998 Idle Ride has been wowing audiences with their live
performances. The band combines the singer-songwriter abilities
of Jason Trenary, with the blues/punk styles of Brian Englebright,
and the infectious groves of Mike Snyder and J.B. Tanner. The
band started out as a party band and slowly gained a reputation
which has allowed the band to travel from Maine to Florida, as
well as receive air play as far away as Taiwan. Idle Ride has
always been in a musical category all by themselves, and refuses
to apologize for not joining the "flavor of the week". This has
enabled them to live through the fads and continue to make music
that people enjoy. After just one show you will understand why
their fans say, "check them out live -- they will blow you away"
and "if you want to get the full effect, you have to see them
live in concert".
