   Located in the Hermanson Campus Center on the campus of Davis and Elkins College, Elkins, West Virginia.  The "ORC" is operated and managed by students pursuing a degree in the Recreation Management and Tourism curriculum.  The "ORC" serves as a starting point to those who are interested in knowing more about and participating in the diverse recreational opportunities in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia and the surrounding area.
